Rebecca Smith, stylist
Rebecca’s interest in pursuing a career in cosmetology began in May 2005 when she accepted an apprenticeship in Augusta, Ga. Afterward, she received her Master Cosmetology license. In August 2009, she moved to Aiken and joined the PowerCuts team. Rebecca has a special interest in hair coloring but also performs cutting, styling, and pedicures and manicures, along with other spa treatments offered at the salon.
At home, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, staying in shape and pampering herself. She is always in the hunt for great places to eat, and her cat Bubby is her secret weapon to de-stress after a hectic day at the salon.
“Being new to Aiken it’s been a blast getting to know people in the community. I really enjoy working with the staff — they’ve welcomed me to Aiken and into the salon. I definitely feel at home.” |
